Henrico County Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public record indexes, official portals, and historical directory collections relevant to Henrico County, Virginia. It neither hosts a government record repository nor acts for a government office, court, or custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service or material reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make a decision regulated by the FCRA, including a credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decision
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither material here nor a linked search result is a consumer report. Government portals and outside services, including sponsored-result providers, maintain their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability, prices, or data practices.

11. Governing Law
Virginia law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Requests for Henrico County or Virginia public records are governed separately by Virginia FOIA, Va. Code §2.2-3700 et seq., and applicable record-specific statutes.
12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
